For sponsors

One weekend.
Four outcomes. Pick yours.

Sponsor a Pulse hackathon for brand visibility, tool adoption, hiring, or to prototype an MVP. We curate the network around the outcome you actually need — not a one-size sponsorship package.

Why companies sponsor

Four reasons companies show up — pick the one that matches yours.

01Visibility

Brand & launch surface

Land your company and product in front of 40 builders, press, and the NYC engineering network.

  • Logo on event materials, recap film, and post-event press
  • Exec keynote slot at Friday kickoff
  • Feature in the Pulse builder newsletter
02Tool adoption

API & platform integration

Get the Pulse builder network using your tool, API, or model in real production-shaped projects.

  • Required-tool track or bonus prize
  • Pre-event builder credits and sandbox access
  • Integration mentors on site for unblocking
  • Post-event user list with project links
03Hiring

Hiring & recruiting access

Evaluate 40 engineers shipping under deadline — pre-screened signal you cannot get from a resume.

  • Full builder roster with GitHub and project demos
  • On-site recruiter access during the demo runs
  • Post-event ranked shortlist with notes
  • 30-day exclusive intro window
04MVP development

Working prototypes, IP yours

Bring a real business problem. Get 8–14 working prototypes against your spec in 48 hours.

  • Custom problem brief written with your team
  • 40 builders curated to your stack and domain
  • Working software by Sunday demo
  • All IP transferred unless you specify otherwise

FAQ

Common questions from sponsor teams.

Who owns the IP?+

You do. Unless your brief specifies otherwise, all hackathon IP belongs to the sponsor. Pulse Foundry AI does not take a license on sponsor problem statements or resulting prototypes.

How are builders vetted?+

We review hundreds of applications per event and select 40–60 best builders against your stack, domain, and seniority bar. Many have shipped in prior Pulse Foundry AI events

Can my team participate?+

Yes. Most sponsors put engineers and product owners on site as mentors and judges. We recommend at least two sponsor stakeholders for the full hackathon.

What about NDAs?+

Standard sponsor NDAs cover the weekend. We can run NDA-free tracks when you want maximum builder signal before a formal process.

What if no one solves it?+

You still receive all repos, demos, and a ranked shortlist. Most events produce 8–14 working prototypes; when scope is tight we adjust the brief in the T-8 week scoping calls.

Do you run international events?+

No international events yet. New York City is our home base and we have run satellite and multi-city series for sponsors who need other geographies.

Is there an annual contract discount?+

Series packages are priced below normal one-off event rates and include sustained pipeline access. Talk to us on the inquiry form.
